2016 Presidential Election it's heating up, do you care
The 2016 Presidential election is slowly getting started. At first it looked as though it was going to be just another run of the mill election , with a handful of candidates gathering from the Republican party, with none of them saying much of anything as to make sure that they did not give anyone anything to use against them . Then there was the Democratic party with their lone queen waiting for her rightful coronation as the nominee. Not so fast, it seems as though there are a couple of reasons not to order the china just yet. Enter Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump. Bernie Sanders is a sitting Senator with a proven track record of his time in the political arena. His earliest attempts as a politician failed and he went on to work as a writer for a historical society. In 1981 Bernie was elected as mayor of Burlington Vermont and served four terms doing much good for the citizens of Burlington in 1989 Bernie choose not to run again. In 1990 Bernie won his first congressional race and went on to serve eight terms in the House. Sanders ran for the Senate in 2005 and has served there since. Donald Trump , on the Republican side has moved faster than any of the others running for the Republican nomination, now numbering some fifteen people. Donald Trump is a multi-millionaire businessman that has made much of his money in real estate. He has in the past been on a successful reality television show, has been bankrupt and has come back with a net worth some say is over seven billion with two hundred fifty million in cash. Donald is known for being outspoken and speaks his mind on a variety of subjects bringing condemnation from the head of the Republican party after Donald said some things during his announcement speech. All of America's media have been doing much to lessen the appeal that Donald brings to the American electorate with little results. Donald Trump is polling at the top of the field in his party and Bernie has had success with bringing record numbers of people to his rally's, and is also polling near the top in his respective party. Are there others running for the office of President? Two Democrats and fourteen Republicans and if any of them do anything, say anything I'm sure that the press will bring the news to America.
