North Korea, Whats next
With the passing this week of North Korean "Beloved Leader" Kim Jong Il the world has moved closer to a complete unkown. With his youngest son Kim Jong Eun set to take over control of North Korea, this leaves the world at a precipice that is not welcomed at this time in history. Kim Jong Eun has been grooming to take over control for only a short time ( just a few years) as compared with when his father was groomed ( over twenty years)to take control from his father. This leaves a vacuum in the power as to who rightfully controls North Korea, as he may be seen as too untested and inexperienced to be charged with the ruling of this country, by some of the generals now in power. At twenty something Kim Jong Eun has been trying for the passed year to gain support of the hard line generals now in the top of the power structure. And with the passing of his father , he may be required to gain the support from these generals from scratch on his own accord. The world needs to excercise extreme caution at this time, as any move on the part of any of his precieved threats may lead to an inaccurate interpretation by this young man. In his youthfull attempts to gain this much needed support , he may very well do things, that to him will bolster his position with these generals only raising the stakes with the rest of the world. Will we see a flexing of muscles militarily from this young leader, or will calmer heads prevail. This is a time where vigilance needs to be employed and to avoid a rush to judgment, and not do anything foolish.
